In today’s society we tend to view Jesus through what we are taught, which is influenced by our modern day culture. In order to see and understand what Jesus meant by his teachings and what the Gospels say about him, we will take a closer look and be willing to accept Jesus on his terms, even if it is controversial and challenging to our beliefs.
