PATHWAY CHURCH FACILITY USE POLICY AND GUIDELINES

• Reservations must be submitted two (2) weeks prior to the event
• Four (4) weeks prior to event for groups of 50 or more.

This policy and these guidelines seek to provide a framework whereby Pathway Church can be of service to the community as we serve as good Christian stewards of the facilities God has provided.

Due to limitations and the extended cost of resources, it is not possible to extend the usage of our facilities to all interested parties. To keep our focus on our mission of connecting people to Jesus and helping them become his fully devoted followers, Pathway Church ministries have precedent in reserving rooms over all other requests. Pathway Church Ministries are those that have direct staff oversight by a Pastor/Director.

Non Pathway Church groups will receive lower priority and fall under the general terms and conditions listed below.

All Pathway facilities and grounds require reservations for use. All reservations require prior approval, acknowledgement of the terms and conditions, signed building use agreement, and possible insurance, if appropriate. Pathway reserves the right to deny any request for use of our facilities and grounds.

SUMMARY OF FEES:

If audio/visual equipment is needed in the following rooms, a Technician is required and appropriate fees must be paid in full prior to final approval of all reservations.

Westlink and Goddard Campus Ignite Center
Westlink and Goddard Campus Worship Center
Westlink and Goddard Campus Ball Park
Valley Center Campus Activity Center

  • • +$50.00 for the 1st hour then $25 per hour per Technician required

In addition, programming specialty lighting, stage props, musical instruments, audio/visual support, etc. requires prior approval and coordination and additional fees, as stated above, will apply.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES AND FEES:

The usage of most facility equipment (tables, chairs, etc) is at no additional charge, but specialty needs may be assessed additional charges. All additional charges, if known ahead of time, will be included in the facility usage contact, however, should any additional custodial or repair services be needed or used, whether requested or not, beyond the services detailed in the contact, additional appropriate fees will billed to the user. For this reason, we ask that you not hang anything from walls or ceilings and use caution when serving food or drink that could require additional cleaning services. No food or drinks with red dye are allowed.

Changes and Cancellations: Submit room request changes or cancellations by replying with your room request confirmation email or call the church office. 24 hours’ notice is required for cancelled events, or charges could apply.

If reservation is not approved, you will be notified and may be given other options, if available.
